ORS Women Mountain Bike Skill Days - 2017 Season is wrapped up, see you next year!

THE 2017 SKILLS DAYS ARE OVER, AND IT WAS AMAZING! THANK YOU TO OUR RIDERS, DUTCH CYCLE, WESTERN CYCLE AND THE VOLUNTEERS.

SO MANY BRAVE SOULS CAME OUT AND EXPERIENCED THE FUN THAT JUST CAN'T BE FOUND ON THE ROAD (just kidding Spoke n'Hot...kind of). IF YOU MISSED OUT YOU CAN STILL JOIN THE ORS AND FALL IN LOVE WITH MOUNTAIN BIKING! WE HOPE TO SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

For 2017 we have updated our lesson concept for our female riders.  The club is hosting two consecutive Sundays featuring a morning instruction, a lunch break (provided), followed by a group mountain bike trail ride.

Each of these Sunday rides are being sponsored by our two generous local cycling shops: Western Cycle and Dutch Cycle.  Both of these shops are excited to have ladies heading out to crush our local mountain bike trails!

The first Sunday will have us riding Buffalo Pound and is sponsored by Western Cycle.  The second Sunday we will ride at Wascana Trails and is sponsored by Dutch Cycle.

WHEN: Sunday, April 30th at Buffalo Pound 9:30am - 2:30pm

Sunday, May 7th at Wascana Trails 9:30 am - 2:30pm

WHERE: April 30th Meet at the Lower Chalet parking lot area at Buffalo Pound(if the park is open you                  will have to pay a park entry fee)

May 7th Meet at the Wascana Trails parking lot.  Directions to WT are as follows.  Head                        north on Highway #11 turning left at the Condie exit.  Head west on grid road 734 passing                    the Flowing Springs Golf Course. The paved road curves after the railway crossing; do not                      take the curve but continue driving straight on the gravel road following the signs to Wascana                  Trails.

Your ORS membership also allows you to participate in the ORS Wednesday Night races, where you can use your new skills and get in a great workout with club members.
